The Louvre

Two more Vermeers, and an interesting section on The Arts of Islam, but mostly the Louvre is just a lot of crap you have to wade through to get to the good stuff. I was there for over four hours (until closing time) and didn't even cover half of it and didn't see much that interested me anyway. There is much to be said for a small museum that just has a bunch of really good pieces. So what if the Louvre has 35,000 pieces if only 350 of them are worth seeing.
