lev levy



After about a month in Mauritania this was a sight for sore eyes. The bowls outside the shop mean that lev levy is served here.



You tear up some bread onto which is poured a broth of chick peas, and then tuna, a raw egg, olive oil, harissa, salt and spices are added



Then you stir it up. It's one of the cheapest, most delicious, most filling meals you could ever imagine.
