Breadfruit

Breadfruit was in season in Barbados so I finally got to try some. Here it is being fried.



Fried Breadfruit is kind of like big french fries, or what the English would call "chips"



Breadfruit can also be grilled. Usually it's a side dish served along side fish or meat but I had it as the main dish, along with rice or salad.
