Home cookin' in Vieux Fort

After a rather quiet 2008 I hope to be on the road for all of 2009. I started things off on Jan 1st in St Lucia. It was a bumpy start, but at least I got to try some really unique home cooked food; plantains cooked in a spicy coconut sauce!
